Disney Resort & Other On Property Bars

Most Disney Resorts have a bar (or something that passes for a bar) somewhere in the resort or by the pool.  Some of them are great places to relax, drink and enjoy, some just serve drinks. Go explore and find your favorite.  

You'll find the better bars at the better resorts. It's a great way to explore the Moderate and Deluxe resorts.  You can explore on monorail and boat loops that will take you from bar to bar. Disney buses do not go from resort to resort so they take a little more effort. Take a cab to get where you need to go in style. Do not drive your car!

Monorail Loop: Polynesian, Grand Floridian, The Contemporary, Epcot
Boat Loop 1: Studios, Dolphin, Swan, Boardwalk Inn, The Yacht Club, The Beach Club, Epcot.
Boat Loop 2: Port Orleans Riverside, French Quarter, Downtown Disney. You can transfer boats at Downtown for a boat ride to Saratoga Springs or Old Key West Resorts. Both are worth visiting.

All of the resorts have a gift shop that sells beer, wine and liquor at widely inflated prices. Like $36 plus tax for a six pack inflated!!  For in room and poolside drinking it is worth a cab ride to a liquor store

For 12 and 6 packs the closest place to get them is the Hess Station located across the street from Downtown Disney.  The advantage here is  you can do this with Disney Transportation and a short walk. 

For serious shopping we recommend the ABC Liquor Store - just a short cab ride away. Address:  11951 S. Apopka-Vineland Rd
